You can book the room directly on our website www.bachapartments.ro, by phone 0720.500.600 or you can send an e-mail on the following address: hello@bachapartments.ro.
Reservations will be guaranteed with a card valid at the time of booking or a full advance payment.
Unsecured reservations will be withheld until 3:00 pm (local time) on the day of arrival and automatically issued after this time, unless the booking is guaranteed with a card valid at the time of booking or a prepayment. In case of no-show, Bach Apartments reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night and free the room for the remainder reserved period.
For people not booking in advance, Bach Apartments has a guest accommodation policy in order of their arrival.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing by e-mail hello@bachapartments.ro or on the websitesite – Contact section, at least 48 hours before the check-in date – 2:00 pm (local time).
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, Bach Apartments reserves the right to withhold the amount for the first night and to free the room for the remainder booked period.
